Sold Date Source eBay Super rare pair of Sony SS-890 speakers. I believe these speakers were only available in Japan - there has only been one pair on EBay this year that I know of, which sold for $690. All drivers - b oth woofers, the four midranges, the two horns horns are in great shape and sound excellent.

Looks like I'm a bit late getting in on the Sony SS 890 conversation (2017) picked up a set today from the local classifieds. Was interested in them because there are no others around that I have seen. In good condition. Hooked them up to a Luxman 1050 and cranked them, they do get loud without distortion but they don't sound as good as my CV.
